Вишејезичност као хабитус: Дискурс банатских Немаца о периоду између два светска рата

Abstract

Вишејезичност у Банату се обликовала под утицајем језичких политика разних држава које су се смењивале на том подручју. У раду се даје кратак преглед стања у Хабсбуршкој царевини, у Аустро-Угарској монархији и Краљевини Југославији. Анализа је заснована на савременим теренским истраживањима банатских Немаца, који путем наратива реферишу на хабитуалне праксе вишејезичности између два светска рата.

Multilingualism in the Banat has been shaped by language policies of the various multiethnic empires and states over the centuries. Thus, a short overview of the language policy in the Habsburg Monarchy, Austro-Hungary and the Kingdom of Yugoslavia is initially presented. The paper however sheds light upon the period under the reign of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, i.e. the period between the World Wars. The analysis is based upon the contemporary fieldwork conducted among the Serbian Banat Germans, who referred to the habitual practices of multilingualism in the interwar period.

Plurilinguisme comme habitus:Le discours des Allemands du Banat sur la période d’entre deux guerres mоndiales

Le plurilinguisme dans le Banat est apparu sous l’influence des politiques linguistiques des différents états qui se sont succédé sur ce territoire. Dans cet article est donné un bref aperçu de la situation dans l’Empire des Habsbourg, dans la monarchie austro-hongroise, et le Royaume de Yougoslavie. L’analyse est basée sur les recherches de terrain contemporaines concernant les Allemands du Banat, dont les récits témoignent des pratiques habituelles du plurilinguisme entre deux guerres mondiales.
