Концепт лепоте у српском језику – иконичност лексема лепо и красно

Abstract

У раду се истражује концепт лепоте у српском језику, по средством анализе иконичности лексема лепо и красно. Долази се до закључка да је иконичност лексеме лепо одређена представом земаљске лепоте, која произилази из стваралачког човековог нагона, а односи се на уобличавање безобличне „лепљиве“ материје у „лепе“ предмете, док иконичност лексеме красно садржи представу појављивања небеског сјаја – божанске светлости и стваралачке ватре.

The ter re - strial beauty is defined by the creative innate impulse in humans to guide them towards amorphous but “binding“ matter that can be sculptured into ‘beautiful’ things with a fun ction that is not ne ces sa rily uti li ta rian – but per haps it had a sac ra men tal cha rac ter. The picture of heavenly ‘fire’, quite independently form the benefit it may bring us, espe ci ally fr om the be ne fit that may be ga i ned fr om the ter re strial fi re, as well as the pure aesthetical satisfaction, have defined the original concept of beauty as splen do ur in the Ser bian lan gu a ge.
