Периодизација српске поезије 20. века

Abstract

Не само у историјама књижевности, периодизација српске поезије вршена је и у песничким антологијама, од Анtолоgије новије срpске лирике Богдана Поповића (Загреб 1911) и Анtолоgије Миливоја Павловића (Ница 1917), преко оних објављиваних у међуратном периоду, за време Другог светског рата и у другој половини 20. века све до Анtолоgије срpске лирике 1910–1914. Леона Којена (Београд 2001) и најновијих у новом миленијуму. О периодизацији су антологичари расправљали и у предговорима, с књижевноисторијског или теоријског становишта, предлагали њене моделе, засноване на спољашњим или унутрашњим критеријумима, често и укрштеним. После прегледа различитих, повремено и полемичких подела српске поезије у антологијама 20. века, од народне и средњовековне до модерне, авангардне и савремене, аутор рада је понудио и своју периодизацију српске поезије 20. века на четири раздобља: модерна (1901–1917); прво раздобље модернизма (1918–1930); раздобље социјално ангажоване поезије (1930–1950); друго раздобље модернизма (1950–2000), с напоменом да се у сваком периоду препознају и унутрашње фазе.

The periodization of Serbian poetry was done in histories of literature (as in those of Pavle Popović and Jovan Skerlić at the beginning of the 20th century as classical examples) as well as in poetic anthologies, beginning with the Anthology of Newer Serbian Lyrical Poetry edited by Bogdan Popović (Zagreb 1911) and the Anthology edited by Milivoje Pavlović (Nice 1917), through those published in the period between World War One and World War Two, during World War Two and in the second half of the 20th century, up to the Anthology of Serbian Lyrical Poetry 1910–1914 edited by Leon Kojen and some others in the new millennium (Belgrade 2001). Some editors of these anthologies discussed periodization in their forwards from perspectives of literary history or theory of literature, proposing models of periodization based on external or internal criteria, sometimes combining the two. After reviewing different, and sometimes controversial periodizations of Serbian poetry, ranging from traditional oral poetry and Medieval poetry to modern, avant-garde and newest poetry, the author of this article presented his own periodization of 20th century Serbian poetry featuring four periods: the period of the moderna (1901–1918); the first period of modernism (1918–1930); the period of socially engaged poetry (1930–1950); the second period of modernism (1950–2000), indicating also that internal phases could be identified in each of these periods.
