Превенција у функцији заштите здравља у Републици Србији

Abstract

Циљ скупа „Превенција у функцији здравља“ је да се на основу научних истраживања и достигнућа у медицинској науци предложе нови концепти и практична решења актуелних проблема здравствене заштите. Идеја је не само препознавање проблема, већ и предлог конкретних решења. Здравство није независан и изолован систем, већ је део укупног друштвеног система повезан са развитком технологије и следствених економских и привредних консеквенци, науке и образовања, културе и продуцентности. Често постоји неусклађеност економског развоја – децентрализације, миграције, глобализације, са оптималним положајем здравствене заштите уз конфронтацију у основним постулатима. Услов за квалификовано покретање и решавање проблема које смо данас поставили су наука и систем образовања, нарочито специфично научно образовање које се перманентно усклађује са новим знањима произашлим из научних открића и захтева иновације и економског раста. Значајне последице трајног загађења средине токсичним материјама у ваздуху, води и храни, њихове елиминације и детоксикације представљају трајан изазов, посебно у регенерацији ткива. Последњих година овоме додајем ефекте бомбардовања током НАТО агресије пројектилима са осиромашеним уранијумом, што пред науку поставља задатак који захтева изналажење трајних решења у будућности.

Th e aim of “Disease prevention in the fuction of health promotion” scientific gathering is to propose new concepts and practical solutions so as to resolve current healthcare problems following the scientifi c fi ndings and accomplishments in medical science. Th e idea is not only to detect problems but to off er straightforward solutions. Medical healthcare is not an independent or isolated system, but rather a part of an entire social system that is dependent on technological development and subsequent economy-related consequences, science and education, culture and productivity. Due to decentralization, migrations and globalization, there is oft en an imbalance in the relation between economic growth and optimal healthcare position, which is in contrast to fundamental postulates. A condition for professional tackling and resolving of the problem raised today is both science and educational system, especially specifi c science education that is being permanently harmonized with fresh fi ndings resulting from scientifi c breakthroughs as well as with the prerequisites for innovation and economic growth. Substantial consequences of permanent air, water and food pollution are also a permanent challenge when it comes to their elimination, especially regarding tissue regeneration. We need to add to this the eff ects of the NATO bombing during which depleted uranium weaponry was used, which sets a task before science to off er long lasting solutions to the problem in the future.
