Ближе одређење назива за документе у српским манастирским даровницама из епохе Немањића (1196–1371)

Abstract

Terms that designate various documents, often accompanied with appropriate attributes, are sporadically found in Serbian medieval legal documents. Document names and attributes are less frequent in earlier documents, whereas in later ones they appear more often. Composite terms sometimes fail to provide more information than simple ones and the corresponding attributes may seem to be superfluous. However, there are also cases when only the use of attributes makes it possible to get comprehensive information about the designated concept. Adjectival words (adjectives and adjectival pronouns) are not the only means of determining the designated concept. This function is also fulfilled by appropriate case forms (with prepositions and without them), other nouns, and even more complex structures. Our study primarily focuses on the documents from the time of the Nemanjić dynasty. Nevertheless, in order to throw additional light on the problem, our analysis is not restricted to these documents, nor is it limited to the genre of monastic charters.

У српским средњовековним актима местимично се срећу називи за до- кументе, неретко праћени одговарајућим атрибутима. У старијим исправама и једних и других је мање, док их је у млађим – више. Некада ти вишечлани изрази не дају ништа више него једночлани, па су одговарајући атрибути на први поглед сувишни (међутим, поред реторске функције они имају и правни значај, будући да носе одређену правну поруку), а некада – што је такође случај, тек уз употребу атрибута пружа се целовита информација о именованом појму. У функцији детерминисања именованог садржаја нису само придевске речи (придеви и придевске заменице), него и одговарајући падежни облици (с предлозима и без предлога), друге именице, па и шире конструкције. У фокусу нашег истраживања су акта из времена династије Немањића, али се за додатно сагледавање проблематике, или употпуњавање изграђених представа, не задржавамо само на њима, и не само на жанру манастирских даровница.
