О Стевану Симићу и његовим успоменама

Abstract

The author presents in this paper an autobiographical review of his life journey, starting from the primary school till the later public speeches about his homeland – the county of Kratov as well as neighboring Kumanovo, Kriva Palanka and Kočani in the last two or three decades of the Turkish rule. The memories also comprise the main issue of Serbian and Bulgarian relations in northern part of Skopski sandžak and negative consequences of the aggressive work of Egzarhija and the Macedonian committees VMRO on Serbian schools and churches, as well as on the existence of the Serbian national community in the pre- -war Old Serbia.
