Посуде и предмети са различитим наменама у исхрани у селу Богатић код Ваљева

Abstract

У раду се на основу лексичко- семантичке анализе представља лексика која означава предмете за припрему и држање хране у селу Богатић код Ваљева. Уз лексеме ће бити дати и изводи из транскрипата на основу којих се може сагледати функција анализиране лексике у етнографском и социјалном контексту. На основу разматрања моћи ће да се изведе закључак и о томе да ли је анализирана лексика домаћег порекла или има и позајмљеница.

Based on the lexical-semantic analysis, the paper presents a lexicon that identifies food preparation and storage items in the village of Bogatić near Valjevo. After analyzing the lexemes, it was concluded that there is a relatively rich and diverse set of names in this small areal. The names can be of domestic, foreign, and mostly Turkish origin. Also, having in mind the formal side, the lexemes of this thematic group consist of mostly one word, while the first part of the multi-word lexemes describes the material of which the object is made (plekani tanjir) or the appearance of the realities that the lexeme nominates (tučana šerpa sa tri noge). Common names often have multiple variants, obtained by the suffixation of a motive word, which usually differentiates dishes of the same type in terms of size (eg. bure, burić, burence). The analyzed lexemes are mostly found in other territories of the Serbian-speaking area, but there are some that have not been recorded elsewhere (eg. polukila, čugica) or have been recorded with a different meaning (eg. stublina).
