За рационалан прилаз нормирању језика - један пример из српске синтаксе

Abstract

После навођења неких предлога који граматичарима сугеришу нормативно сужавање употребе упитних реченица са почетном конструкцијом да ли, због наводног ремећења језичке правилности у елементу „језичке економичности“, аутор износи чињенице које такве предлоге не подржавају управо у наведеном елементу. Језичке чињенице, по аутору, указују на оправданост очувања у нашој нормативистици основног принципа на којем је заснован српски књижевни језик, као и на потребу рационалног приступа нормирању.

The paper is dealing with a proposition that suggests to future grammarians to formulate more restrictive rules for usage of interrogative sentences beginning with da li (type: Da li si došao?). Author's opinion is that the sentences with da li are very usual forms of interrogative sentences in Serbian and gives the evidence that, from the aspect of language economy (which was cited as a reason of proposed restriction), they are absolutely equal with sentences consisting only of a verb and the postpositive particle li (type; Jesi li došao?). Because of that, there is no any redundancy in the use of inter rogative construction da li, as such propositions suggested, and the speakers of Serbian (native or foreigners who learn Serbian) should not have any dilemma about the normality of both types in usage.
