dc.description.abstractMiloš Štibler (16. 9. 1882–10. 1. 1969), rojen kot Mihael Stibler, je bil slovenski zadružnik in publicist. Deloval je pred prvo svetovno vojno kot tajnik in revizor Zadružne zveze v Celju ter potujoči učitelj Ciril-Metodove družbe. Po drugi svetovni vojni je delal kot referent in revizor pri zadružni zvezi Glavne zveze avstrijskih kmetijskih zadrug, a je že leta 1919 odšel v Beograd, kjer je bil vodja kabineta na ministrstvu za kmetijstvo in nato vodja oddelka za kreditiranje zadružništva v Privilegirani agrarni banki. Po drugi svetovni vojni se je vrnil v Ljubljano, kjer je kot upokojenec deloval pri Republiški zvezi kmetijskih zadrug. Objavljal je strokovne članke iz zadružništva v slovenščini, srbščini in nemščini. Avtorici sta zbrali več kot dvesto Štiblerjevih bibliografskih enot, ki so razvrščene po letih objave in po jeziku. V prvi sklop so uvrščeni članki, pisani v slovenščini, v drugi pa članki v srbščini.sr
dc.description.abstractMiloš Štibler (16. 9. 1882 – 10. 1. 1969), born as Mihael Stibler, was Slovenian cooperator and publicist. Before the First World War, he acted as a secretary and auditor of Cooperative Union in Celje and as traveling teacher of the Association of Saints Cyril and Methodius. He worked as a clerk and auditor at Cooperative Union of the Main Union of Austrian Agricultural Cooperatives after the Second World War, but went to Belgrade in 1919. He was the Chief of the Cabinet at the Ministry of Agriculture in Belgrade and later the head of the Lending Department of the Privileged Agricultural Bank. After the Second World War, he returned to Ljubljana where he was active as a pensioner at the Republican Union of Agricultural Cooperatives. He was publishing academic articles on cooperatives in Slovenian, Serbian, and German language. The authors collected more than 200 of Štibler’s bibliographic units that are organised according to the year of publication and according to the language. The first lot includes articles written in Slovenian language and the second lot comprises articles in Serbian language.en
