О лексици из области православне духовности у „Српском рјечнику“ Вука Стефановића Караџића

Abstract

In this paper we have presented the general overview of the Serbian Orthodox lexis in Српски рјечник истумачен њемачким и латинским ријечима by Vuk Stefanović Karadžić. The vocabulary is divided into the four groups: 1. The spiritual and material world; 2. Man as the spiritual being and the member of the Orthodox community; 3. Communication and the relationships among people; 4. The organisation and the life of the Orthodox Church. Some differences, when compared with the contemporary language, have been noticed. Some lexemes indicate that people at the time were very pious, but also superstitious. Some of them are now obsolete and many are dialectal forms, but there are a lot of lexemes which are in use in contemporary Serbian language as well. This paper has just initiated research on Српски рјечник dictionary connected to Orthodox lexis.

У раду се даје преглед лексема из области православне духовности у Српском рјечнику истумаченом њемачким и латинским ријечима Вука Стефановића Караџића. Лексеме се одвајају према основним лексичко- семантичким пољима и износе се запажања о некима од њих.
