У раду се анализира мотивација и експресивни однос који је условио
настанак израза чију сталну компоненту чини именица Влах или њени деривати. Циљ
рада је објашњење става и стереотипа о онима које називају Власима, а који се
огледају у поменутим изразима.
The lexeme Vlach, depending on the time when it was used, and the territory
where it was used, has changed and enriched its semantic structure and has been filled with
a certain connotation. By analyzing idioms (expressions) we have concluded that different
opinions about the Vlachs are based on social, ethnic and religious stereotypes, which have
been influenced by various social and historical circumstances.
