Стандардни и матерњи језик из другачије перспективе

Abstract

Циљ рада јесте да се утврди како средњошколци одређују појмове матерњи и стандардни језик, као и да се укаже на ставове о улози, статусу и симболичкој вредности стандардног српског језика међу припадницима овог дела говорне заједнице.

The aim of this paper is to identify how high school students defi ne the concepts of the mother tongue and standard language, as well as to indicate their attitudes towards the role, status and symbolic value of standard Serbian among members of this part of the speech community. Тhe results show that the students are able to understand the concept of the standard language and its multifunctional nature, as well as that this variety is prestigious in this part of the speech community.
