AB  - Chemically modified steroids have a long history as anti-neoplastic drugs. Incorporation of a lactone moiety in the steroid nucleus, as in previously obtained 3β-acetoxy-17-oxa-17a-homoandrost-5-en-16-one (A) and 3β-hidroxy-17-oxa-17a-homoandrost-5-en-16-one (B), often results in enhanced anticancer properties. In this work, chitosan-based (Ch) nanoparticles were created and loaded with potent anticancer steroidal compounds, A and B. Changes to hormone receptor binding and cytotoxicity were then measured. In agreement with our previous results for A and B, A- and B-loaded Ch displayed cytotoxic properties against cancer cell lines. Both A-Ch and B-Ch showed activity toward estrogen negative breast cancer (MDA-MB-231) and androgen negative prostate cancer cell lines (PC-3). Greater selectivity toward cancer cells versus healthy lung fibroblast (MRC-5) was observed for B-Ch particles. Cell viability and cytotoxicity measurements after a recovery period indicate more robust recovery of healthy cells versus malignant cells. Compounds A and B or their Ch-encapsulated forms were shown to have negligible affinity for the ligand binding domain of estrogen receptor β or the androgen receptor in a fluorescent yeast screen, suggesting a lack of estrogenicity and androgenicity. Steroid-loaded chitosan nanoparticles display strong cytotoxicity towards MDA-MB-231 and PC-3 with a lack of hormone activity, indicating their safety and efficacy.

AB  - Dense calcium phosphate-based ceramics were fabricated to be used as targets for pulsed laser deposition (PLD). Nanostructured cobalt-substituted hydroxyapatite (Co:HAP) was used as a starting powder. To vary phase composition and microstructure of targets, two sintering approaches were applied, conventional (CS) and two-step sintering (TSS). The obtained results show that in both cases biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP) ceramics (targets) were prepared, with slightly different HAP-to-β–TCP amount ratio and a significantly different microstructure. While the CS method yielded fully dense ceramics with an average grain size of 1.3 μm, the ceramics prepared by TSS had a density of 98.5%, with a predominant grain size below 100 nm. (Ca + Co)P coatings were prepared by PLD of (Ca + Co)P targets. The temperature of the Ti substrate was adjusted to be 25 and 500 °C. The results show that the phase composition of (Ca + Co)P coatings depended on the phase composition of targets as well as on the temperature of the Ti substrate. The coating prepared at 25 °C using CS target consisted of three calcium phosphate phases, HAP, β–TCP and α–TCP; when the TSS target was used, the coating was biphasic, containing HAP and β–TCP. When the substrate was heated to 500 °C, regardless of whether the CS or the TSS target was used, the deposited coatings were composed of HAP and α–TCP. Due to different phase compositions, the (Ca + Co)P coatings deposited at 25 °C showed an improved hardness compared to those deposited at 500 °C. The obtained results confirmed that the phase composition, morphology and mechanical properties of 0.3 μm thick (Ca + Co)P coatings on a Ti substrate can be tailored by employing (Ca + Co)P targets with different microstructures, and also by varying the temperature of the Ti substrate during deposition experiments.",

AB  - An emerging technology of active packaging enables prolongation of food shelf life by limiting the oxygen transfer and the reactivity of free radicals, which both destruct food freshness. In this work, Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles were synthesized using a modified sol–gel method and evaluated as an enforcement of alginate food packaging film. Pure phase Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles had an average particle size of 44 nm and rhombohedral morphology. Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles induce no cell damage of human Caco-2 epithelial cells and show no inhibitory effect towards growth of a panel of bacterial strains, suggesting good biocompatibility. Films obtained by incorporation of Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles into alginate using the solvent casting method show no migration of iron or titanium ions from films to food simulants again suggesting their safety as a packaging material. Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles also showed strong antioxidant efficiency as determined using the DPPḢ assay, and confirmed further in a preservation test on fresh fruit.

AB  - In order to integrate more and more variable renewable energy sources (VRES) electric grids play a significant role. There is an obvious need for more interconnections and more enhanced grids with more VRES. On the other side, the monetary, material, social and spatial constraints (free corridors) impose limits on grid expansions. Robust modelling of electric grids (distribution, transmission and interconnection) at World level in integrated assessment models (IAMs) is beyond the state of the art of current computation capabilities and data availability. A number of relevant input data like length of the grids, voltage levels, rated power, and after that material prices, population density, VRES shares of generation and flexibility technologies, hourly curtailments in the energy system are not sufficient to calculate explicit limitations imposed by power flows. Therefore, the idea of this paper is that in the absence of sufficient data and computability, for the first time some expert assumptions in the form of proportions are used to represent interconnection grids as an important constraint and flexibility option for variable renewable energy production, modelled at hourly level during one year using EnergyPLAN. These assumptions are about proportions of newly integrated renewable energy between transmission and distribution grids, proportions of grids to the generation plants and their utilization. Suggested method for application in WILIAM will be illustrated.

AB  - The initial corrosion behavior of AZ63 magnesium alloy was investigated in 1, 3, 5 and 7 wt.% NaCl solutions by means of corrosion potential, linear polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and polarization measurements, during exposure in the corrosion media. Results show that the increase in chloride concentration provokes an increase in the corrosion rate. Based on the obtained kinetics parameters the mechanisms of anodic dissolution and hydrogen evolution reactions were discussed, and kinetic models were proposed. It is concluded that anodic dissolution proceeds under Temkin conditions and hydrogen evolution reaction depends on the surface coverage of Mg(OH)2 species.

AB  - Energy systems of the future should enable transition to clean energy and reduction of CO2 emission. Various options are under consideration and research. One direction of development are photovoltaic, and rechargeable batteries used to store the electricity needed for vehicles and stationary systems (1,2). At the current technological level and market attractiveness among rechargeable batteries significant group are those based on lithium. EU production of raw materials for all batteries is about 1%. Growing demand for lithium are expected in 2050 to be 10-50 times higher than 2018. A lithium deficit in the market is expected (3,4). The companies are searching new locations for lithium mining and production facilities in order to compensate for the deficit.
The mineral named Jadarit found in Serbia, contains lithium, sodium, boron and silica. Estimated reserves of Jadarit are of low significance for World production of lithium, but may be significant at EU level and for Serbian economy. Certain companies are interested to enter the production chain from Jadarit. These companies present the possibility for future industrial battery development in Serbia, which may lead innovative final products. They claim optimistic 3-15% increase of GDP (5). Public debate provided argumented shortcomings of currently proposed technology for lithium extraction from Jadarit (6). Major concerns are regarding permanent devastation of lush ecosystem, fertile soil, drinking water, air pollution. These non-monetary assets and their contribution to GDP should be monetized as sine qua non for objective cost-benefit analysis. Therefore, instead of polarization, public debate that identifies key critical points in technology of lithium extraction and its effects on human health and environment provides basis for future research that will develop new technologies capable to protect environment.

Ekonomski optimalna primena fotonaponskih elemenata u poljoprivredi: Nemačka i Srbija

AB  - Tematika primene fotonaponskih elemenata u poljoprivredi prvi put se spominje u istraživanjima u Nemačkoj 1982. godine, dok se na prostoru Srbije prvi radovi pojavljuju već 1986.godine. Ideja primeneje varirala od države do države sa vremenom i padom cena panela. Ujednom periodu dokje cena panela bila visoka akcenat je bio na optimalnom pozicioniranju panela na najboljim lokacijama, što je dovelo do konflikta sa poljoprivrednom proizvodnjom. Sa padom cene panela, i pojavom dvostranih panela otvaraju se mogućnosti za vertikalno pozicioniranje ali i povećanje razmaka između redova kako bi se poljoprivredna proizvodnja nesmetano obavljala. Poslednja istraživanja pokazuju da je na ovaj način moguće povećati i poljoprivrednu proizvodju i obezbediti dodatne količine električne energije za poljoprivredu. Dodatne količine energije za poljiprivredu mogu biti iskorišćene za produžavanje osvetljenosti biljaka, ali i ostale delatnosti navodnjavanje, grejanje, hlađenje, transport, proizvodnja organskog gnojiva itd. Stoga se odustalo od prvobitnih ideja, tj. umesto da se energija proizvodi na racun poljoprivrede, ideja je da se poveca proizvodnja na racun optimalnog iskoriscenja sunca. Ovoje od posebnog značaja u situaciji finansijskog pritiska na sektor poljoprivrede usled energetskih šokova (2021-2022. godine) koji su doveli do povećanja cene sirove nafte. Takođe očekuje se da troškovi ugljenično intenzivne poljoprivrede budu rasli uz primenu mera prekogranične kontrole i oporezivanja emisija. U radu će biti prikazano stanje u oblasti inovativne primene fotonaponskih elemenata u poljoprivredi kroz pregled najznačajnijih publikacija i predložiti najpodesniji koncept ekonomski optimalnog iskorišćenja sunčeve energije na studijama slučaja Nemačke i Srbije.

abstract = "Tematika primene fotonaponskih elemenata u poljoprivredi prvi put se spominje u istraživanjima u Nemačkoj 1982. godine, dok se na prostoru Srbije prvi radovi pojavljuju već 1986.godine. Ideja primeneje varirala od države do države sa vremenom i padom cena panela. Ujednom periodu dokje cena panela bila visoka akcenat je bio na optimalnom pozicioniranju panela na najboljim lokacijama, što je dovelo do konflikta sa poljoprivrednom proizvodnjom. Sa padom cene panela, i pojavom dvostranih panela otvaraju se mogućnosti za vertikalno pozicioniranje ali i povećanje razmaka između redova kako bi se poljoprivredna proizvodnja nesmetano obavljala. Poslednja istraživanja pokazuju da je na ovaj način moguće povećati i poljoprivrednu proizvodju i obezbediti dodatne količine električne energije za poljoprivredu. Dodatne količine energije za poljiprivredu mogu biti iskorišćene za produžavanje osvetljenosti biljaka, ali i ostale delatnosti navodnjavanje, grejanje, hlađenje, transport, proizvodnja organskog gnojiva itd. Stoga se odustalo od prvobitnih ideja, tj. umesto da se energija proizvodi na racun poljoprivrede, ideja je da se poveca proizvodnja na racun optimalnog iskoriscenja sunca. Ovoje od posebnog značaja u situaciji finansijskog pritiska na sektor poljoprivrede usled energetskih šokova (2021-2022. godine) koji su doveli do povećanja cene sirove nafte. Takođe očekuje se da troškovi ugljenično intenzivne poljoprivrede budu rasli uz primenu mera prekogranične kontrole i oporezivanja emisija. U radu će biti prikazano stanje u oblasti inovativne primene fotonaponskih elemenata u poljoprivredi kroz pregled najznačajnijih publikacija i predložiti najpodesniji koncept ekonomski optimalnog iskorišćenja sunčeve energije na studijama slučaja Nemačke i Srbije.",

AB  - Energy systems of the future should enable transition to clean energy and reduction of CO2 emission. Various options are under consideration and research. One direction of development are photovoltaic, and rechargeable batteries used to store the electricity needed for vehicles and stationary systems (1,2). At the current technological level and market attractiveness among rechargeable batteries significant group are those based on lithium. EU production of raw materials for all batteries is about 1%. Growing demand for lithium are expected in 2050 to be 10-50 times higher than 2018. A lithium deficit in the market is expected (3,4). The companies are searching new locations for lithium mining and production facilities in order to compensate for the deficit.The mineral named Jadarit found in Serbia, contains lithium, sodium, boron and silica. Estimated reserves of Jadarit are of low significance for World production of lithium, but may be significant at EU level and for Serbian economy. Certain companies are interested to enter the production chain from Jadarit. These companies present the possibility for future industrial battery development in Serbia, which may lead innovative final products. They claim optimistic 3-15% increase of GDP (5). Public debate provided argumented shortcomings of currently proposed technology for lithium extraction from Jadarit (6). Major concerns are regarding permanent devastation of lush ecosystem, fertile soil, drinking water, air pollution. These non-monetary assets and their contribution to GDP should be monetized as sine qua non for objective cost-benefit analysis. Therefore, instead of polarization, public debate that identifies key critical points in technology of lithium extraction and its effects on human health and environment provides basis for future research that will develop new technologies capable to protect environment.

AB  - Immobilizing antifungal polyenes such as nystatin (Nys) and amphotericin B (AmB) into biodegradable formulations is advantageous compared to free drug administration providing sustained release, reduced dosing due to localized targeting and overall reduced systemic drug toxicity. In this study, we encapsulated Nys and AmB in medium chain length polyhydroxyalkanoates (mcl-PHA) microspheres (7–8 µm in diameter). The obtained formulations have been validated for antifungal activity in vitro against a panel of pathogenic fungi including species of Candida, Aspergillus, Microsporum and Trichophyton genera and toxicity and efficacy in vivo using the zebrafish model of disseminated candidiasis. While free polyenes, especially AmB, were highly toxic to zebrafish embryos at the effective (MIC) doses, after their loading into mcl-PHA microspheres, inner organ toxicity and teratogenicity associated with both drugs were not observed, even at 100 × MIC doses. The obtained mcl-PHA/polyene formulations have successfully eradicated C. albicans infection and showed an improved therapeutic profile in zebrafish by enhancing infected embryos survival. This approach is contributing to the antifungal arsenal as polyenes, although the first broad-spectrum antifungals on the market are still the gold standard for treatment of fungal infections.

AB  - In this paper, we report the mild sonochemical synthesis of hexagonal (β) NaYF4:Yb,Er mesocrystals at low temperature of 40 °C. The nucleation and transformation of crystal structures is investigated in the course of time, and it is shown that the pure β phase is obtained after 2 h of pulsed sonication. The crystallization of orthorhombic YF3:Yb,Er and cubic (α) NaYF4:Yb,Er precedes the appearance of a thermodynamically stable β NaYF4:Yb,Er phase. Based on the evolution of the nanoparticle morphology, it is concluded that the transition from α to β phase is consistent with the dissolution-recrystallization process, while the final shape of mesocrystals is a consequence of the oriented attachment growth in the newly formed β phase nanocrystallites along two planes. The structural properties of all compounds are analyzed and correlated with their thermal and optical characteristics. The pump power dependence of green and red emissions confirms that only two-photon process is involved in up-conversion, which is superior in β phase mesocrystals.

AB  - In this paper, we report the mild sonochemical synthesis of hexagonal (β) NaYF4:Yb,Er mesocrystals at low temperature of 40 °C. The nucleation and transformation of crystal structures is investigated in the course of time, and it is shown that the pure β phase is obtained after 2 h of pulsed sonication. The crystallization of orthorhombic YF3:Yb,Er and cubic (α) NaYF4:Yb,Er precedes the appearance of a thermodynamically stable β NaYF4:Yb,Er phase. Based on the evolution of the nanoparticle morphology, it is concluded that the transition from α to β phase is consistent with the dissolution-recrystallization process, while the final shape of mesocrystals is a consequence of the oriented attachment growth in the newly formed β phase nanocrystallites along two planes. The structural properties of all compounds are analyzed and correlated with their thermal and optical characteristics. The pump power dependence of green and red emissions confirms that only two-photon process is involved in up-conversion, which is superior in β phase mesocrystals.

AB  - In the supplement, a few audio records in a time duration of about 1-3 min, which are acquired during experiments performed on skull head #7587, are given. The signals have been on-line processed by TIFOS system and recorded by an HP notebook audiocard without any frequency equalizing. The sound pressure level was measured by Bruel & Kjaer 2250 sound meter (dBA, slow). The sound of piano and violin in Schubert’s Rondo in Fig. S1a are of high fidelity. High frequency tones in the aria from “La-Traviata” performed by famous Russian-Austrian operatic soprano Anna Netrebko (Fig. S1d) are also very clear and dynamic. The famous speech of Martin Luther King (Fig. S1b) is completely intelligible, as well as the resignation speech of former British prime minister Theresa May (Fig. S1c). The individual characteristics of the well-known voices are easily recognizable.

AB  - Many retina diseases require very often a delicate surgical intervention, which is performed by different minimally invasive instruments and tools. They must be miniature but still robust and capable to accurately determine the separation to the retina target in real-time. Because of that they have to be instrumented with a sensing technique, which may interactively read the actual distance toward the target without any risk of injuring the retina. In this paper, we present a fiber-optic sensing technique suitable for integration into surgical instruments. The technique is composed of low- and high-coherence interferometry that allows sub-micrometer absolute distance measurement between the surgical tools and retina without any scanning unit in the reference arm. The technique is demonstrated utilizing the experimental setup based on a 2x2 fiber-optic coupler simultaneously powered by an SLD and VCSEL as low- and high-coherence light sources, respectively. The sensing arm was directed toward the eye model, made of the inner silicon layer and outer polylactide (PLA) 3D printed eyeball. The distance between the sensing fiber tip and target has been measured using both low-and high-coherence interferograms over a rather large dynamic range of about 2 mm with the accuracy of 655 nm that corresponds with λ/2 of the high-coherence light source.

AB  - We present a fiber-optic sensing configuration based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) embedded into the MEMS optofluidic platform for measurement of index of refraction of liquids in dynamic regime. The sensing principle is based on the low-coherence interferometry, characterized by generation of Gaussian shape interferograms, which maximum position depends on the optical path difference (OPD) between the sensing and reference arm of the MZI. When liquid flows through the central microchannel of the optofluidic platform it crosses the light beam between the two optical fibers in the sensing arm causing the OPD change. An algorithm has been applied for calculation of index of refraction of liquids out of the raw interference signals. We obtained very good agreement between the experimental results and literature data of index of refraction of subjected fluids. The accuracy of index of refraction measurement is about 1 % that is predominantly determined by accuracy of reading the position of mechanical scanner.

AB  - In this paper, we present the results of an experimental study about a novel fiber optical vibrometer, aimed to be used as a totally implantable fiber-optic microphone for hearing aids. The sensor head, implanted inside the human cadaver middle ear, detects the amplitude of the incus vibrations, which are produced by an external acoustical source. The probe beam of coherent vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) radiation is directed to the incus and the phase-modulated reflected beam is captured and demodulated. The problem of interferometric fading was solved using two quasi-quadrature signals, passively produced by the 3 × 3 single-mode fiber-optic coupler, processed by a special embedded algorithm. The implanted optoelectronic module works with very low-power consumption, performs real-time signal processing and outputs an analogue signal proportional to the incus vibration. The amplitude of the incus vibrations at different sound pressure levels (SPL) from 40 to 90 dB and at frequencies from 100 Hz to 10 kHz were measured by the implanted system. The system was evaluated on five cadaver skulls. The measured amplitudes were in the range of 1 pm to 5 nm, depending on the subjected skull and the applied sound pressure.

Functional and Environmental Advantage of Cleaning Ti5B1 Master Alloy

AB  - One of the greatest environmental goals for the aluminum alloys industry is generating higher quality products by introducing cleaner input materials while maintaining low production costs. A typical dilemma for the master alloy producers is the cleanness level of the master alloy since insoluble inclusions could serve as inoculants during the solidification process. In this work, commercial Ti5B1 master alloy is used for grain refinement of Al7Si4Cu aluminum alloy and compared with the cleaned master alloy that contained a lower amount of residual refractory oxides and salts. Metallography analysis was used for grain size measurement while Computer Aided Cooling Curve Analysis was used for assessment of the undercooling and heat release values. In all instances, specimens treated with the cleaned master alloy showed smaller grains in the final structure and lower undercooling values. The difference in released heat between liquidus and recalescence temperatures was about 25% in specimens where added 0.66 wt% of cleaned master alloys compared to specimens where the commercial master alloys were added. Using cleaner Ti5B1 master alloy with a higher number of TiAl3 and TiB2 particles improves its grain refinement efficiency and transmits fewer impurities in produced parts. Producing cleaner master alloy would be beneficial from economic and environmental aspects by increasing its value and service time of produced parts besides simplifying the recycling process at the end of parts life-cycle.

AB  - Quantified assessment of spasticity is essential for the rehabilitation of persons with paralysis. We introduce the new SPAsticity Scale (SPAS), which we found highly correlated with the Modified Ashworth Score (MAS); yet, with a delicate gradation of spasticity compared to the MAS. The parameters defining the SPAS show the level and the type of spasticity (flexion or extension). The SPAS is based on a complex model of the pendulum type oscillations of the lower leg, which includes the spastic torques. The data to calculate SPAS were collected by a wearable instrument with two inertial measurement units and two EMG recording units in subjects with a complete chronic spinal cord injury.

AB  - In this work we present new up-conversion materials, consisted of SrGd2O4 matrix co-doped with different Yb3+ (1, 2.5 and 5 at%) and constant Er3+ (0.5 at%) concentrations, prepared by gycine-assisted combustion method. X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) showed that assynthesized nanoparticles have orthorhombic structure (Pnma), assigned to the JCPDS Card No:01-072-6387. Rietveld refinement indicated a decrease in the size of the unit cell, lattice parameters, and cell volume, due to successful doping of Yb3+ and Er3+ ions into the matrix. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) revealed that obtained nanostructure is composed of agglomerated nanoparticles, while energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) confirmed uniform distribution of all constituting elements in them. Up-conversion (UC) luminescence spectra measured in function of laser pumping power indicated that two-photon UC process is established in nanoparticles as a result of the trivalent erbium f-f electronic transitions: there are two green emission bands at 523 and 551 nm (2H11/2, 4S3/2 → 4I15/2) and a red emission band at 661 nm (4F9/2 → 4I15/2). The rise of Yb3+ concentration from 1 to 5 at% provokes a considerable change of the green to red ratio which indicates the possibility to optimize the color output.

AB  - Mixtures of high purity powders of 50 mass% Fe, 4 mass% Pb, 3 mass% Zr and 43 mass% BaTiO3 were activated in a rotary ball mill for durations ranging from 30 min to 300 min; samples were then sintered in the air atmosphere for 2 hours at 1200 °C. Crystal structure prediction has been performed using Bond ValenceCalculation (BVC) method.Moreover, theoretical stability of theperovskite structure for synthesized and calculated Fe/Pb/Zr-codoped barium titanatecompounds has been investigated using the Goldschmidttolerance factor (Gt) and global instability index (GII).It was observed that magnetization of the system decreased after the sintering, with the most dramatic drop of 90.11% belonging to the sample activated for 150 min. In comparison with initial powders, X-ray powder diffractiondata confirmed the presence of newphases of BaFe12O19 and Ba1.696Ti0.228O3 in sintered samples. Utilizing the field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), it was found that with the increase of activation time the morphology of the samples progressed from irregural, spherical grains to mostly rod-like ones. Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis identified the presence of Pb and Zr occupying the same locations on the surface of sintered samples, whilst Fe was uniformly deployed regardless of the activation time.

abstract = "Mixtures of high purity powders of 50 mass% Fe, 4 mass% Pb, 3 mass% Zr and 43 mass% BaTiO3 were activated in a rotary ball mill for durations ranging from 30 min to 300 min; samples were then sintered in the air atmosphere for 2 hours at 1200 °C. Crystal structure prediction has been performed using Bond ValenceCalculation (BVC) method.Moreover, theoretical stability of theperovskite structure for synthesized and calculated Fe/Pb/Zr-codoped barium titanatecompounds has been investigated using the Goldschmidttolerance factor (Gt) and global instability index (GII).It was observed that magnetization of the system decreased after the sintering, with the most dramatic drop of 90.11% belonging to the sample activated for 150 min. In comparison with initial powders, X-ray powder diffractiondata confirmed the presence of newphases of BaFe12O19 and Ba1.696Ti0.228O3 in sintered samples. Utilizing the field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), it was found that with the increase of activation time the morphology of the samples progressed from irregural, spherical grains to mostly rod-like ones. Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis identified the presence of Pb and Zr occupying the same locations on the surface of sintered samples, whilst Fe was uniformly deployed regardless of the activation time.",

AB  - Cathodic material for sodium-ion rechargeable batteries based on NaxMnO2 were synthesized by glycine nitrate method and subsequent annealing at high temperatures. Different crystal structures with different morphologies were obtained depending on the annealing temperature: hexagonal layeredα-Na0.7MnO2.05 nanoplates were obtained at 850 ◦C, while 3-D tunnel structured Na0⋅4MnO2 and Na0⋅44MnO2, both with rod-like morphology, were obtained at 800 ◦C and 900 ◦C, respectively. The investigations of the electrochemical behavior of obtained cathodic materials in aqueous NaNO3 solution have shown that Na0⋅44MnO2 obtained at 900 ◦C has shown the best battery performance. Its initial discharge capacities are 123.5 mA h/g, 113.2 mA h/g, and 102.0 mA h/g at the high current densities of 1000, 2000 and 5000 mA/g, respectively.
