Именице за именовање хране и пића у Речнику говора јабланичког краја Радмиле Жугић

Abstract

У раду је дат лексички инвентар који се тиче кулинарске лексике у Речнику говора јабланичког краја Радмиле Жугић. Анализирано је око 200 именица којима се именују реалије уско везане за кулинарство. Циљ рада јесте да се на основу грађе прикупљене из Речника говора јабланичког краја укаже на богатство и шаренило једног конкретног лексичког и семантичког система на конкретном дијалекатском подручју. Ексцерпирана грађа анализирана је на лексичко-семантичком нивоу, где су лексеме разврстане према ужим пољима и микропољима. Указано је и на порекло појединих лексема које су у српски лексички фонд дошле посредством неког страног језика.

The paper presents a lexical inventory regarding the culinary lexicon in the Dictionary of the Jablanica region by Radmila Žugić. Around 200 nouns are named for realms closely related to culinary art. The aim of the paper is to point on the material collected from the Dictionary of the Jablanica region to the richness and colour of a specific lexical and semantic system in the specific dialectal area. Excerpted material was analysed at the lexical-semantic level, where the lexemes were classified according to the narrower fields and microfields. It was also pointed out to the origin of some of the lexemes that came to the Serbian lexical fund through a foreign language. The large number of lexemes concerning culinary terminology indicates the richness of this lexical layer. In this way, many terms that are not in everyday use are preserved from oblivion. Out of 16 semantic points, contained in Gordana Vuković's Questionnaire, the material covered 13. The most numerous semantic field is related to bread.
