Из кулинарске лексике Санада и Мокрина

Abstract

У раду се на корпусу кулинарске лексике (систематизоване по тематским целинама) двају пунктова кикиндске зоне банатских говора (Санада и Мокрина) анализирају поједина семантичка поља, при чему се указује на њихове ареалне сличности и разлике и дају релације (у мери у којој то грађа дозвољава) према појединим пунктовима у румунском Банату.

The author investigates culinary lexis used in the north Banat villages Sanad and Mokrin.

The corpus shows that the general terms are regularly words of Slavic origin (with the exception of

supa/Corba). while the words used for naming specific dishes are in most cases of foreign origin,

usually from German or Turkish. The portion of other loanwords (from Hungarian, Romanian or

Greek) is smaller. The research points to an exceptionally high level of similarity and a minimal

number of differences between the villages under scrutiny, as well as areal similarity with the vil lages in Romanian Banat.
