Третман воде у руралним насељима

Abstract

Ова истраживања су у делу идентификације приоритета и концепције развоја комуналне привреде на руралном подручју Србије дала предлоге стратешких решења који се: заснивају на разматрању досадашњег функционисања комуналне привреде и њених ефеката, дефинисању потреба за комуналним услугама, имплементацији међународног искуства у нови модел развоја комуналне привреде, на основама увођења принципа тржишне привреде, конкурентности и приватног капитала, економским, институционалним и другим специфичностима подручја.

The specific aim is the development and the design of the most favourable for typical plants for individual use in the regions which are not covered by centralised sewage systems. It has been proposed, the realisation of the research shold be in two phases: (1) Collection of data (2) Design and building of the Pilot Plant. In the first phase, the collection of data which is the main subject of this proposal, should be accomplished in the following steps: (1) Visiting of the municipalities/ villages, meeting of the future users and geting information about the conditions in the region; (2) Education of the inhabitants concerning the importance of undertaking the improvement of their communal problems, in direct contacts and by media; (3) Selecting the locations in the rural region with the most eager population for the solution of their communal problems, for which the Pilot system will be designed; (4) Definition and adoption of design criteria for technical moduls for purification of the waste waters adapted to rural regions (Pilot system) and the public presentation of the results of the project. (5) Building of plants. Realisation of each of cited steps will influence the changes in the conditions in manipulation of waste waters in the rural regions.
