Криза индустријских односа и (не)могућност ефективног дијалога

Abstract

У овом раду настојим да анализом кључних претпоставки и фактора развоја, али и вишеструких криза индустријских односа, „индустријске демократије“, дођем до дефинисања сета нужних предуслова за њихово стабилизовање. Истовремено, тиме би се омогућио стабилан и социјално одржив раст и развој. Актуелно стање карактеришу, међутим, планетарно раширена, растућа друштвена неједнакост, последично слабљење синдиката и тек формални социјални дијалог. У фокусу анализе су заправо актуелни посткризни (полу)заокрет и обнова интере- совања за европски социјални модел и дијалог, односно њихово потенцијално позитив- но деловање на процес европских интеграција и односе у Србији.

In this paper, through analysis of key assumptions and developmental factors, as well as multiple crises of industrial relations, “industrial democracy”, the author attempts to arrive to a definition of a set of necessary assumptions for their stabilization. At the same time, that would make possible a stable and socially feasible growth. However, the present situation is characterised by globally widespread and growing social inequality and resulting weakening of trade unions and merely formal social dialogue. The analysis focuses on current post-crisis (semi)shift towards and renewed interest in the European social model and dialogue and/or their potential positive effect on the process of European integrations and relations in Serbia.
