After Stojadinović’s dismissal, his foreign policy continued to be pursued, which shows that it had no alternative. However, it was continued in less favorable circumstances because the removal of Stojadinović, who had embodied Yugoslavia’s good relationship with Berlin and Rome, sparked distrust among the Axis Powers, although they did not show it publicly.
